Dr. Debbie does not participate with any insurance plans, but is happy to provide you with a claim form to submit to your insurance company. Dr. Debbie accepts cash, check, Venmo or Zelle, and payment is expected at the time of service. Please contact Dr. Debbie for further information on fees.
